Kaarak has replaced Recycle from the 3 R’s with Regain, to help the Indian women regain their position in the households and in turn in the society thereby the new 3R’s Reduce, Reuse and Regain are the foundation of Kaarak.
Kaarak is a women only organization with all our employees being extremely talented women artisans. We also train young women and polytechnic students in handcrafting and they help us create products for the market. This helps the girls reinstate their position of an earning member in their family and in turn the society.
